4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where the product received is defective or an error occurred in the shipment.
6. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence (photos or videos). We will review the case and, if valid, offer a solution, which may include a replacement.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer automatically agrees to this shipping and no-returns policy.
